All Zecuppa Coffee products are backed by a 30-day guarantee.  If not satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days for a refund. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with insurance and shipping prepaid.  Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable for non-defective returns.  All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

Coffee beans are a food product and cannot be restocked if returned. However, Zecuppa Coffee is committed to quality and wants to know about any defective products. If your coffee bean purchase arrives defective, return the defective product within 30 days for a refund.
